Ingredients

• Boneless skinless chicken breasts
• Olive Oil
• Weber's Garlic and Herb Seasoning

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 375
Butterfly cut the chicken breasts.
Place chicken into 9 x 13 baking pan.
Rub chicken with olive oil.
Sprinkle heavily with seasoning.
Add a little bit of water to the baking dish.
Bake uncovered for 40 minutes.
