Ingredients
- 3 Flatout Artisan Thin Crusts
- 1/3 lb lean ground beef
- 1/4 onion, thinly sliced
- 1/2 Lg or 1 med ripe tomato, sliced & seeds removed
- 1 c grated pizza cheese (mix of Havarti & Mozzarella)
- 1 sm sweet banana pepper or Hungarian pepper
- EVOO

Preparation
Step 1
In med nonstick skillet, heat 1/2 T oil over med high heat. Add ground beef, sauté for 2-3 min., stir & simmer. Season with salt & pepper. Dice the pepper & place in bowl; cover with oil & season with salt.
Prepare the crusts according to instructions on pkg. Preheat oven to 375 & bake crusts directly on oven rack for 3 min. Then place crusts on baking pan & add the toppings. Top with cheese, tomatoes, ground beef & onion. Bake 4-6 min until golden. Serve immediately with chopped pepper spooned over the top.
