Ingredients

  • 3 Flatout Artisan Thin Crusts
  • 1/3 lb lean ground beef
  • 1/4 onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 Lg or 1 med ripe tomato, sliced & seeds removed
  • 1 c grated pizza cheese (mix of Havarti & Mozzarella)
  • 1 sm sweet banana pepper or Hungarian pepper
  • EVOO

Preparation

Step 1

In med nonstick skillet, heat 1/2 T oil over med high heat. Add ground beef, sauté for 2-3 min., stir & simmer. Season with salt & pepper. Dice the pepper & place in bowl; cover with oil & season with salt.

Prepare the crusts according to instructions on pkg. Preheat oven to 375 & bake crusts directly on oven rack for 3 min. Then place crusts on baking pan & add the toppings. Top with cheese, tomatoes, ground beef & onion. Bake 4-6 min until golden. Serve immediately with chopped pepper spooned over the top.
