Ingredients
- 4 extra large eggs, separated
- 9 ounces matzoh meal
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Preparation
Step 1
Beat the egg whites until stiff.
Beat egg yolks with salt.
Fold egg yolks into stiffened egg whites.
Fold in matzoh meal.
Let stand for 5 minutes, then form into balls with tablespoon and drop into boiling water with a little salt. After a while, reduce the heat to a slow bowl.
