Pecan Pie From Bubby's New York

Ingredients

  • 9 inch frozen pie shell thawed
  • 2 cup light brown sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons molasses
  • 1 tablespoon orange zest
  • 1 tablespoon orange extract
  • 1 teaspoon white vinegar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups pecans

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350
Whisk sugar,eggs,maple syrup, molasses,orange zest and extract, vinegar and salt in a large bowl.
Stir on pecans and pour into the pie shell.
Place pie on a cookie sheet and bake for 35 to 45 minutes or until set in the center.
Cool completely then serve.
