Pecan Pie (June)

Ingredients

• 3/4 C plus 1 TBS Sugar
• 1/4 tsp Salt
• 3 eggs
• 1 C White Karo
• 1/4 C melted butter
• Capfull Vanilla
• 1 heaping cup Pecans (then break them up)

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all, and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until center is set. (In my fiesta ware pie dish, it took 55 minutes.
