Ingredients
- 1 lb tilapia fillets, thawed
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. chili powder
- 1 tsp. cayenne
- 2 tsp. black pepper
- 1 Tbsp. paprika
- 1 Tbsp. onion powder
- 1/2 Tbsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. oregano
- 1 tsp. ground thyme
- 1 tsp. brown sugar

Step 1
Combine the dry ingredients together to create a rub.
Completely coat the tilapia fillets and allow to sit for 15-20 minutes before cooking.
Heat oil to medium in a large pan. Add fillets.
Cook fillets 2-3 minutes on each side.
