Goat Cheese Toasts

Ingredients

  • 8 (1/2-inch-thick) slices baguette
  • 1/4 cup goat cheese
  • 1 teaspoon chopped fresh thyme

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat broiler. Place baguette slices on a baking sheet. Spread 1 1/2 teaspoons goat cheese over each bread slice. Sprinkle with chopped fresh thyme; broil 2 minutes or until toasted.
