Ingredients
- Fresh collards equivalent to 2 packages
- 2 cups water
- 1/2-1 T salt
- 1/2 cup white wine
- 1/2 T sugar
- 2-4 T vegetable oil
- 1/2 T black pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Wash greens
Cut out stems
Roll up several leaves and cut lengthwise then cut tip to toe
Bring to a boil then cook on low about 1 hour
