- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/3 cup of breadcrumbs
- 1/2 tsp of garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp of onion powder
- 1 tsp mustard
- 2 tsp ketchup
- 1 tsp worcestershire
- Olive oil
- 2 cups brown gravy

Directions
Place a pound of ground beef into a mixing bowl, along with a ⅓ cup of breadcrumbs, ½ tsp of garlic powder, the ½ tsp of onion powder, 1 tsp of mustard, 1 tsp of ketchup, and 1 tsp of worcestershire sauce.
Using your hands, mix everything together until it is evenly tossed. Then, smash the meat into the separate patties.
Heat up a pan with some olive oil drizzled inside. Cook all three patties at the same time at a low heat, cooking both sides until browned. Once finished, pour 2 cups of brown gravy into the pan, coating each of the steak patties.
Place a lid on the pan and simmer to thicken gravy, then serve with your favorite sides. Garlic mashed potatoes and a green veggie make the perfect companions!
