Ingredients

  • 1/4

    cup flour

  • 1/4

    cup sugar

  • 1/2

    tsp. cinnamon

  • 3

    Tbs. butter

  • Cake

    Tbs. powdered sugar

    cups flour

  • 1

    cup sugar

  • 1

    Tbs. baking powder

  • 1/2

    tsp. baking soda

  • 1/2

    tsp. salt

  • 1/2

    tsp. cinnamon

    cup blueberries

  • 2

    eggs

  • 1/3

    cup orange juice

  • 1/4

    cup butter melted and cooled

    oz. sour cream

  • 1

    tsp. grated orange peel

Directions

In a small bowl, combine all crumb topping ingredients except butter. Mix well. Cut in 3 Tbs. butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs, set aside. Heat oven to 375. Grease 10" spring form pan. Sprinkle with powdered sugar. Lightly spoon flour into measuring cup and level off. In a large bowl, combine 2 cups flour, 1 cup sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt and 1/2 tsp. cinnamon, mix well. Stir in blueberries. Beat eggs in a medium bowl. Stir in orange juice, 1/4 cup butter, sour cream and orange peel. Add to blueberry mixture stirring just until dry ingredients are moistened. Spoon batter into greased pan. Sprinkle with crumb topping. Bake 375 for 35 - 45 minutes. Cool 10 minutes.
