Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp Almond Flour
  • 1/2 Tbsp Coconut Flour
  • 1/4 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1 Egg
  • 1/2 Tbsp Melted Butter
  • 1 Tbsp Unsweetened Milk

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all ingredients in a small bowl and whisk until smooth.
Grease a 3x3 inch glass, microwave-safe bowl or mold with butter or coconut oil.
Pour mixture into well greased bowl and microwave on high for 90 seconds.
Carefully remove from bowl.
Slice and toast.
