Ingredients
- 1 LB Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts (thawed)
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 Cup Water
- 4 oz Pepperoni
- 1 (8oz) Tomato Sauce
- 1/2 Onion
- 1 Can Diced Tomatoes (15 oz)
- 1 tsp Garlic Salt (or Garlic Powder)
- 2 Cups Mozzarella Cheese
- 1 Tbsp Italian Seasoning
- 1 tsp Pepper
Preparation
Step 1
1. Thinly slice or chunk the chicken.
2. Pour Tbsp of olive oil into skillet.
3. Brown the chicken evenly.
4. Chop onion and add it to the chicken.
5. Once the onion is translucent cut the pepperoni in half and stir in.
6. Pour in un- drained diced tomatoes, tomato sauce and water.
7. Add garlic, salt and pepper and the Italian Seasoning.
8. Bring to a boil and cover.
9. Reduce heat and let simmer about 10 minutes until sauce thickens.
10. Top with cheese.
