Lemon Surprise Cake

• 2 Lemon Pie filling (not instant)
• 1 package yellow or white cake mix

Preparation

Step 1

Prepare pie filling as directed on package. Spread in 9X13 pan. Let stand while making cake batter. Heat oven to 350. Prepare cake batter as directed on package. Pour over lemon filling. Bake 35 to 40 minutes until top springs back when lightly touched. Sift confectioners sugar over top. Serve warm
