Rum Balls

Ingredients

  • 2 cups vanilla wafer crumbs, rolled
  • fine
  • 1 cup finely chopped pecans
  • 1 cup confectioner's sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. cocoa
  • 2 Tbsp. white corn syrup
  • 1/3 cup rum

Preparation

Step 1

Mix above ingredients together well. Shape by teaspoonfuls into firm balls.
Roll in confectioner's sugar, instant coffee, or dry cocoa.
Store tightly covered.

Instead of pecans can substitute coconut.
