- 2 (10OZ) PACKAGES FROZEN BROCCOLI FLORETS
- 3 CUPS INSTANT RICE
- 1 CAN CONDENSED CREAM OF MUSHROOM SOUP
- 1 CAN CONDENSED CREAM OF CHICKEN SOUP
- 1 (16OZ) PACKAGE VELVEETA CHEESE CUBED
- 2 TBSP BUTTER
- SALT AND PEPPER TO TASTE

Step 1
COOK BROCCOLI AND RICE ACCORDING TO PACKAGE DIRECTIONS.
PREHEAT OVEN TO 350
IN A MEDIUM SAUCEPAN OVER LOW HEAT MIX CREAM OF MUSHROOM & CHICKEN SOUP WITH WITH ONE CAN OF WATER AND THE BUTTER. GRADUALLY STIR IN CHEESE UNTIL MELTED.
IN A LARGE MIXING BOWL COMBINE BROCCOLI, RICE, SOUP, AND CHEESE MIXTURE.
POUR MIXTURE INTO A 9X13 BAKING DISH
BAKE FOR 45 MINUTES.
