- 8 ears corn, unhusked
- 1 lb. bacon
Preparation
Step 1
Soak corn for about 30 minutes in cold water. Remove corn from water; pull back husks and remove corn silk, leaving husks intact. Wrap 2 slices of bacon around each ear; pull husks back up around corn. Place ears on a hot grill, turning occasionally, until bacon is cooked and corn is tender, about 20 minutes.
Makes 8 servings.
