Chicken & Broccoli Alfredo Flatbread

Ingredients

  • 1 Flatout Thin Pizza Crust (Rosemary or Rustic White)
  • 6 ozs cooked chicken, diced or shredded
  • 1 c broccoli florets, steamed or roasted
  • 1/4 c shredded mozzarella
  • Basic Bianca Sauce
  • 1/3 c fat free ricotta
  • 1 t EVOO
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/2 c shredded mozzarella
  • 3 T grated Parmesan cheese, fresh
  • Salt & freshly ground pepper
  • Pinch of ground nutmeg

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 375. Place flatbread on cookie sheet & bake 2-3 min. Remove from oven.

In bowl, combine Bianca sauce ingredients & season with salt & pepper. Spread on flatbread. Arrange chicken & broccoli over flatbread. Top with remaining mozzarella cheese & bake for 4 min until cheese melts. Remove from oven & serve.
