Italian Soup

Ingredients

  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 can diced tomatoes with italian seasoning
  • 4 cans beef broth plus 1 can water (more or less)
  • 1 pkg frozen vegetables
  • 1-2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp oregano
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper
  • 1/4 tsp celery salt
  • noodles

Preparation

Step 1

Brown first 3 ingredients in olive oil in saucepan. Next all remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil and add 1 1/2 cups uncooked noodles last. Cook noodles until done. Remove bay leaf. Serve.
