- 1 can (28 oz.) whole, peeled tomatoes
- 1/4 cup evoo
- 1/2 cup onion chopped
- 7 cloves garlic minced
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 sprig fresh basil
Preparation
Step 1
Saute onion and garlic in oil, simmer 15 minutes.
