Ingredients
- 1 prepared thin crust pizza dough
- 1/2 lb butternut squash, peeled, seeded and sliced 1/4 inch thick (about 1 cup)
- 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup pine nuts
- 1 tablespoons fresh thyme leaves
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 1/2 cups grated extra-sharp cheddar cheese

Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 400. Place pizza dough on cookie sheet.
2. In a large bowl, combine squash, onion, pine nuts, thyme, oil, 1/2 teaspoon salt & 1/4 teaspoon pepper. Scatter over the dough and sprinkle with cheese.
3. Bake until golden brown, about 10-12 minutes.
