Ingredients

  • 4

    cups sugar

  • 3

    cups cream

  • 4

    eggs

  • 1

    cup shredded coconut

  • 1

    cup butter

  • 1/2

    cup coconut oil

  • 2

    tbs vanilla

  • 6

    tsp baking powder

  • 1

    tsp baking soda1 cup powdered coffee whitener

  • 9

    cups flour

Directions

In mixing bowl combine sugar cream eggs butter and coconut oil. Mix well add vanilla shredded coconut and all the dry ingredient. Spoon onto cookie sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake at 350 for 12 - 14 min Let cool and decorate Esther with frosting or icing sugar.
