Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp. chili powder
  • 1 tsp. each: ground cummin, freshly ground black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp each:ground allspice,granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp. worcestershire sauce
  • 11/2 lbs. sirloin steak, about 1" thick, trimmed of excess fat
  • Chopped fresh coriander

Preparation

Step 1

In a small bowl,combine chili powder,cummin, pepper, allspice sugar garlic and worcestershire. Rub evenly over both sides of meat. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours.
per-heat bbq to medium-high. Cook for about 7 mins. per side with lid closed ( for rare) or 9 mins per side for medium.
cover and let rest for 5 mins.
Garnish with coriander
