Ingredients
- 1 tbsp. chili powder
- 1 tsp. each: ground cummin, freshly ground black pepper
- 1/4 tsp each:ground allspice,granulated sugar
- 1 tsp. worcestershire sauce
- 11/2 lbs. sirloin steak, about 1" thick, trimmed of excess fat
- Chopped fresh coriander

Step 1
In a small bowl,combine chili powder,cummin, pepper, allspice sugar garlic and worcestershire. Rub evenly over both sides of meat. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours.
per-heat bbq to medium-high. Cook for about 7 mins. per side with lid closed ( for rare) or 9 mins per side for medium.
cover and let rest for 5 mins.
Garnish with coriander
