Ingredients
- Pastry to make 18 tart shells.
- 3 eggs
- 1 1/2 cups white sugar
- 1/2 cup margarine
- 4 tsp. lemon juice
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 1/3 cups coconut

Preparation
Step 1
Heat oven to 350 deg. Line the tart shells with pastry. Combine rest of ingredients and spoon into tart shells. Bake until a knife inserted just off centre comes out clean.
