Ingredients

  • Pastry to make 18 tart shells.

  • 3

    eggs

  • cups white sugar

  • ½

    cup margarine

  • 4

    tsp. lemon juice

  • 1

    tsp. vanilla

  • 1⅓

    cups coconut

Directions

Heat oven to 350 deg. Line the tart shells with pastry. Combine rest of ingredients and spoon into tart shells. Bake until a knife inserted just off centre comes out clean. (Marg)
