Ingredients
- 2 (10-3/4 oz) cans of cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 (3-oz) can of chow mein noodles
- 2 cups coarsely diced cooked chicken
- 2 cups thinly sliced celery
- 1 cup salted cashews
- 1/3 cup chopped onions
- dash of pepper
- 1 (11-oz) can mandarin oranges, drained

Preparation
Step 1
1. Combine soup and water.
2. Add 1/2 of chow mein noodle, chicken, celery, cashews, onion, and pepper and toss together.
3. Spoon mixture into casserole.
4. Sprinkle reserved noodles over top.
5. Bake at 375 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
6. Garnish with orange sections.
Serve with rice.
