Skillet Cauliflower

Ingredients

  • 1 cauliflower head, cut into chunks (about 3 c.)
  • 3 Tbs. butter
  • 1/2 tsp. salt

Preparation

Step 1

Bring a large pot of water to boil over high heat. Add cauliflower & cook until tender, 15-18 min. Drain well.
Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add butter. When sizzling, add cauliflower. Saute' until slightly golden, about 10 min.
Sprinkle with salt & serve.
