Ingredients
- 1 bag (30-ounces) Frozen Shredded Hash-brown Potatoes thawed
- 1 carton (16-ounces) sour cream
- 8 ounces sharp cheddar cheese shredded
- 1 can cream of chicken soup undiluted
- 1/4 cup (1/2 stick; 2-ounces) butter melted
- 1/2 cup onion chopped
- 2 tablespoons parsley
- salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
Step 1
Combine all Ingredients.
Transfer to a ungreased 9x13" baking dish
Bake uncovered at 350 degrees F for one hour or till heated through.
