Beef, Hash-Brown and Beef Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 pounds ground beef, lean browned and drained
  • 1 can (10-11 ounces) mushroom soup
  • 1 cup (8-ounce) sour cream
  • 1 medium onion chopped
  • 2 cups (8-ounces) cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1 bag (24-ounces) frozen hash browns thawed
  • 1 can fried onion rings

Preparation

Step 1

Brown meat; drain. In large bowl combine meat, soup, sour cream , chopped onion, cheese and potatoes. Mix well. place in a 9x13" baking dish that has been sprayed with non-stick spray.
Bake for 30 minutes at 400 degrees. Top with onion rings and bake another 15 minutes. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
