Ingredients
- 1 can (46-ounces) Tomato juice
- 1 can (12-ounce) corn beef, chopped into large chunks
- 1 can (15-ounce) diced potatoes*
- 1 can (15-ounce) whole kernel corn
- 1/2 medium onion, half and spear with tooth pick
- salt and pepper, to taste
- garlic salt, to taste
Preparation
Step 1
*Can use 2 potatoes: peel, dice cook to put into soup.
Place all ingredients in large dutch oven; bring to a low boil and simmer til ready to eat.
Can freeze leftovers.
