Tomato and Beef Soup, Quick

Ingredients

  • 1 can (46-ounces) Tomato juice
  • 1 can (12-ounce) corn beef, chopped into large chunks
  • 1 can (15-ounce) diced potatoes*
  • 1 can (15-ounce) whole kernel corn
  • 1/2 medium onion, half and spear with tooth pick
  • salt and pepper, to taste
  • garlic salt, to taste

Preparation

Step 1

*Can use 2 potatoes: peel, dice cook to put into soup.

Place all ingredients in large dutch oven; bring to a low boil and simmer til ready to eat.
Can freeze leftovers.
