Ingredients
- Cake:
- 2 Eggs
- 1 1/2 cups Sugar
- 1 stick Butter
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 3 cups Flour
- 4 tsp Baking Powder
- 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 cup Sour Cream
- 1 cup Milk
- Crumbs:
- 1/2 cup Dark Brown Sugar
- 1/2 cup Sugar
- 5 Tbsp Flour
- 2 tsp Cinnamon
- 4 Tbsp Butter, cut into small pieces
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350.
Combine crumb ingredients and mix until a fine crumb forms.
In a large bowl, beat eggs and sugar for 2 minutes. Add butter and vanilla, beat until combined.
Mix flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Add 1/3 of the flour mixture to mixing bowl and beat until combined. Add in sour cream and beat until combined, followed by another 1/3 of the flour mixture and beating till combined. Add milk and combine and remaining flour and beat.
Grease and flour 9x13 or tube pan. Pour in half batter and sprinkle with half the prepared crumbs. Pour in remaining half of the batter followed by the remaining crumbs.
Bake 55 minutes to 1 hour or until a toothpick comes out clean.
