Ingredients

  • 8 cups cucumbers sliced thin
  • 2 cups onion sliced
  • 1 cup celery sliced
  • 1 cup green bell peppers sliced
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • Marinate
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 cup vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon celery seeds
  • 1 teaspoon mustard seed

Preparation

Step 1

Mix cucumbers, onion, celery and peppers and soak in cold water with 1 tablespoon salt added for 1 hour.
Drain.
Mix the above in the marinate and refrigerate.
Will keep for several weeks.
