Peach Cobbler, Canned Peaches

Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 2 tablespoons vanilla extract
  • 1 can (about 16-ounces) peaches
  • 4 ounces (1-stick) butter

Preparation

Step 1

Toss together the flour, sugar, buttermilk and vanilla just until blended-some lumps okay, don't over mix.

Melt the stick of margarine in a glass Pyrex dish;

Next pour the flour mixture into the dish;

Now dip the peaches over the batter.

Cook at 350 degrees F. for 1 hour or until golden brown.
