Lemon Ice Box Pie

Ingredients

  • 2 9-inch graham cracker pie crusts deep
  • 3 cans (14-ounce each) sweetened, condensed milk
  • 1 1/2 cups (12-ounces) Real Lemon juice or fresh juice
  • 9 large egg yolks
  • whipped cream optional

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all three ingredients and divide into the two prepared graham cracker crust pans. Cook 12 minutes in 350 degrees F., preheated oven. Cool to room temperature. Refrigerate overnight. Served with whipped cream.
