Pepper Jelly

Ingredients

  • 1 cup bell pepper chopped
  • 1 cup hot peppers chopped
  • 1 cup vinegar
  • 5 cups sugar
  • 1 packet Certo, pectin

Preparation

Step 1

Mix chopped peppers and vinegar together in food processor, process; add sugar.
Place all in heavy sauce pot and bring to a boil; then cook at a low boil for 10 minutes.
Add pectin (Certo) and bring to high boil and boil rapidly for 1 full minute.
Follow jar instructions to bottle.
