Ingredients
- 1 box (16-ounce thin) spaghetti
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/2 cup red onions chopped
- 1 cup mushrooms sliced
- 1 1/2 tablespoons garlic clove chopped
- 1 16 ounce peeled tomatoes crushed
- 1 tablespoon basil
- 1/2 tablespoon oregano
- 12 ounces pepperoni slices
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese grated
Preparation
Step 1
Cook pasta according to package directions.
Meanwhile, heat olive oil in large pot over medium high heat.
Saute onions, mushrooms, and garlic for 5 minutes.
Add remaining ingredients, except the Parmesan cheese, and simmer for 30 minutes.
Serve sauce over hot spaghetti and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
