Ingredients
- 4 thick pork chops
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 large onion sliced
- 1 lemon sliced
- 1 bell pepper sliced
- 2 cups tomato juice
Preparation
Step 1
Sear chops on both sides until brown in the skillet with no grease. When chops are brown on both sides, turn, add sliced ingredients. Add tomato juice. Mix in garlic powder. A little more salt and pepper may be needed. Turn heat to simmer and cook covered for one hour or until tender.
