Ingredients
- 1/2 cup (6 slices) bacon cooked & crumbled
- 1/2 cup potatoes peeled & diced
- 20 ounces (2-10 oz. packages.) frozen whole kernel corn
- 1/2 cup onion chopped
- 1 can (16-ounces) cream-style corn
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon season salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup (8-ounces) chicken broth
Preparation
Step 1
Spray the crock of a 4-quart slow cooker with Pam (or line with the new slow cooker liners).
Combine all ingredients in the crock-pot and stir well.
Cover and cook on LOW for 6 to 7 hours.
Yield: Makes 4 hearty servings.
