Ingredients
- 2 cans (14-ounces each) chicken broth (14 to 18)
- 2 cans (15-ounces each ) white beans drained
- 3 cups chicken cooked and chopped
- 1 medium onion chopped
- 1 can (4-ounces) chiles
- 1 bag (16-ounces) white corn kernels, frozen thawed
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 3/4 teaspoon oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon red bell pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Process Until Smooth: 1 cup chicken broth with 1 cup drained beans.
Next: Place all ingredients in pot with bean mixture. Bring to boil reduce and simmer for 30 minutes.
Makes 10 Cups .
Freezes well.
