Ingredients
- 1 garlic clove, finely grated
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup finely chopped mixed tender herbs (such as basil, chives, parsley, and/or tarragon)
- 1 teaspoon finely grated lemon zest
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- Kosher salt, freshly ground pepper

Preparation
Step 1
Stir garlic, mayonnaise, herbs, lemon zest, and lemon juice in a small bowl to combine; season with salt and pepper.
Do Ahead: Mayonnaise can be made 6 hours ahead. Cover and chill.
