Ingredients
- 2 pounds (32-ounces) white Swiss chocolate finely chopped
- 1 bag (12-ounces) semisweet chocolate chips
- 1 bag (12-ounces) milk chocolate chips
- 24 ounces dry roasted peanuts, unsalted
Preparation
Step 1
Melt chocolates in electric skillet on lowest setting or in double boiler, stirring constantly. Cool 5 minutes. Stir in peanuts. Drop mixture by tablespoonfuls onto waxed paper. Let cool completely. Wrap in plastic and store in refrigerator until ready to serve.
Yield: about 7 dozen clusters
