Potato Candy

Ingredients

• 1 medium baked potato
• confectioner's sugar
• 18 ounces peanut butter, creamy

Preparation

Step 1

Remove jacket from the baked potato. Mix the potato with confectioner's sugar until very stiff, able to handle without being sticky.
Place mixture onto a lightly floured board and roll out until 1/8 - 1/4- inch thin and smooth.
Spread with the peanut butter.
Roll and slice.
Delicious!!
