Ingredients
- 6 cups powdered sugar
- 2 cups peanut butter, creamy
- 1 stick (4-ounces)butter room temperature
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 6 ounces semisweet chocolate
Preparation
Step 1
Blend all above except chocolate.
Chill;
Melt chocolate;
Form peanut butter mixture into balls.
Roll in the chocolate.
Cool on waxed paper.
