Breastfeeding Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 2 bananas
  • 1 c chopped strawberries (you can opt to make an all banana or all berry smoothie)
  • 1/2 c steel cut oats
  • 2 TBSP flax seed
  • 2 TBSP brewer's yeast
  • 1 1/2 c almond milk
  • ice (2-4 cups for desired thickness)

Step 1

blend all ingredients and add ice
