Ingredients
- 3/4 cup whipping cream
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 6 ounces semisweet chocolate chopped
Preparation
Step 1
In saucepan, bring butter and whipping cream to boil. Remove from heat and pour over chocolate.
Keep warm; pour over cake or dessert with wire rack underneath to catch excess ganache .
