Cream Cheese Filling (for cake roll)

Ingredients

  • 1 package (8-ounce) cream cheese
  • 4 teaspoons butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 cup powdered sugar

Preparation

Step 1

Place all ingredients in bowl ---use flat beater.
Beat at #4 speed until through combined-about 2 minutes.

I like this because it doesn't use whipping cream as main ingredient and does not need to be kept refrigerated.
