Olive Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 package (8-ounces) cream cheese softened
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons olive juice
  • 1/2 cup pecans, toasted chopped
  • 1 jar (7-ounces) green olives with pimentos chopped

Preparation

Step 1

Using an electric mixer, combine cream cheese, mayonnaise and olive juice, set aside.

In a food processor (something like the Magic Bullet works well) chop the pecans.
Drain the jar of olives and add to the pecans and chop well.
Reserve two tablespoons for garnish.
Combine the olive mixture with the cream cheese mixture, stirring well.
Put in a small serving bowl and refrigerate until ready to use.
Garnish with the reserved olives, serve with assorted crackers or spread on small pieces of bread.
