Ham and Cheese Delight

Ingredients

• 1/2 cup onion chopped
• 1 teaspoon butter
• 2 cups ham chopped
• 4 large eggs
• 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
• 15 cracker crumbs (saltines) finely crushed
• 1 1/2 cups milk
• 1/8 teaspoon pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Cook onion and butter til tender. Combine all remaining ingredients;
Mix well and pour into greased casserole.
Bake at 350 degrees F for 50 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
