Chex Party Mix, Microwave Recipe

Ingredients

• 1/2 cup (1 stick; 4-ounces) butter
• 1 1/4 teaspoons garlic salt
• 4 1/2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
• 2 1/2 cups Corn Chex®
• 2 1/2 cups Rice Chex®
• 2 1/2 cups Wheat Chex®
• 1 cup salted mixed nuts

Step 1

Microwave directions*:
In 4-quart bowl or 13x9x2-inch microwave safe dish melt butter on High 1 minute. Stir in garlic salt and Worcestershire. Gradually add cereal and nuts until pieces are coated. Microwave on High 5 to 6 minutes, stirring every 2 minutes.
Makes 9 cups.

* A 650 watt microwave was used. For other wattage oven, time may need to be adjusted.
