Ingredients
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1/2 Teaspoon salt
- 3 tablespoons pine nuts
- 3 cups loosely packed basil leaves
- 1/2 cup (4-ounces) olive oil
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
Preparation
Step 1
In a blender or food processor, combine garlic, salt and pine nuts; cover and process until finely chopped. Add basil and olive oil; puree until smooth.
Add cheese and process just until combined. Serve with pasta, grilled meats or cooked vegetables.
