Ingredients
- 2 # hash browns
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup (chix or celery)
- 1 c milk
- 2 c shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 pt. sour cream
- 1/2 c butter (put on top)
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1 c or more chopped sausage or ham
- *May substitute 1/2 pkg onion soup mix to season.
Preparation
Step 1
Bake 1 hour 400 degrees to brown; 375 degrees after.
